Hi, my name is Samy Khoury with HighTechLending Inc., doing business as Golden Heritage Financial.

I am the branch manager of Golden Heritage Financial in Kirkland, WA and I am also a licensed loan originator.  I have been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years.

My passion is working with senior home owners to help them explore the potential advantages of Reverse Mortgage.  I particularly enjoy meeting prospective clients face to face, at their homes, with no obligation, so I can understand first hand their specific needs, and explain how this loan really works. I cover the advantages and the risks of the loan program.

A Reverse Mortgage may be a beneficial retirement tool, but it is not for everybody. Either way, I believe that a senior should be knowledgeable of all the facts so they can make an informed decision.
